Cozy & very clean waterfront home, perfect for a couples getaway. Property is overlooking the Saint Andrews Channel with access to a small private wharf. Unfortunately you cannot dive from or dock boat on wharf. Ideal for swimming, kayaking, paddle boarding, canoeing or simply just putting your feet up and relaxing. After a day on the water relax in front of a small campfire and watch the boats returning for the evening as the sunsets. A perfect, well deserved day of peace, calm and tranquility.

Experience the unique outdoor rainfall shower, explore the lake with provided kayaks, hike the private trail to a water cascade & finish the day unwinding under the stars while having a lakeside bonfire! This lovingly crafted tiny house on wheels has 2 lofts, one double bed accessed by ladder and the other has stairs leading up to a queen bed. On the main level living space, there is a double pull out sofa allowing the Red House to accommodate 6 people. The kitchen is fully appointed, with a 3 piece bathroom including a flush toilet, as well as Wifi, smart TV, infloor heating and AC. Kayaks & SUP’s, BBQ shelter use are included with your stay. Discounts applied for stays longer than 1 night.

Welcome to “Point Beithe” (birch point in Gaelic). This beautiful home sits on its own point surrounded by 180° of Mira River waterfront age. You will also enjoy access to your own small private island that is connected by a shallow sand bar. Sit out on the large deck or floating dock to enjoy the views of the river, launch kayaks, paddle boards, and swim. We have signed up for the strongest internet service offered in the area (Starlink). Cellular reception is not great in the area.

Designed to have great public and private space and take advantage of the over 500 feet of private waterfront. With neighbours on one side, over 500 feet away, through a forest. You will enjoy amazing privacy and a beautiful space. Bucklaw is central to all of Cape Breton’s major attractions. To determine distances, just put Bucklaw, NS into Google Maps.
