The Beach Flat

Renovated cozy, comfortable, well appointed third floor walk up studio (no elevator) in gated Pebble Beach Community. Studio is walking distance to the beach and overlooks the courtyard. Along with enjoying the beach, remember to also take advantage of the community amenities. The community has two outdoor pools and one heated indoor pool, tennis courts and a fitness center. There are several adorable boutiques, restaurants, and Publix is located within a mile. Please note * 3rd floor walk up*

Originally the Captain's Bridge Motel built in the 1970s, the interior has been renovated and furnished with a beachy vibe. The property boasts PRIVATE GAZEBO ACCESS to a beautiful, SECLUDED BEACH for the enjoyment of peaceful strolls, shelling, sunbathing, and sunset walks. We have a brand new pool built in 2020. 400 MBPS WIFI to stay fully connected. Coastal bike path for refreshing jogging, bike riding, or walking. Amazing restaurants are a short drive away. Small (Newport) House near the beach(No Smoking)

This was my tiny space that I decided to keep adding on to. Started as a tiny house but has grown a little bigger. It is 19 mins from Atlantic Beach and is about 7 mins from Walmart and other shopping centers. Bedroom tv has roku device while living room has Spectrum cable and also Roku on the tv. 2 living room chairs and 1 Twin Xl adjustable bed and 1 Twin bed in bedroom. Guest can use one side of the Driveway. Bedroom also has a small closet. House is beside our main residence.
