Welcome to Pearl Pearl is a beautiful, open lay out vacation home which is centrally located in the conveniently SE Cape Coral neighborhood on a gulf access canal with boat dock and lift. Upon entering the front door, you will find a split floor plan featuring a formal living room for relaxing, formal dining space next to the main bedroom as well as an open kitchen connected to the family living room. The home features many windows facing the lanai and pool area. Boat dock and lift available.

PLEASE NOTE: The cottage is separate from our house and living quarters. The bathroom is in the back of the main house, just a few steps from the cottage, private and not shared with anyone. We take special precautions to thoroughly clean and disinfect the bedroom and bathroom after each guest. You’ll love our place because of the location, the ambiance, the outdoor space, and the neighborhood. We have a dog and a cat. Our place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers.
