Recently remodeled!! Thanks for looking at my beach cottage! The house is only 4 blocks to the ocean and located right behind the lake where you will find a sidewalk around the lake for easy beach access. There is a farmers market around the lake every Saturday in the summer! This is a great house in an excellent location perfect for families and those that want to bring their fur babies. The backyard is large and fenced in. Fur babies are welcome with a one time $50 pet fee. No cats.

Whip up a fabulous meal in the large open kitchen and end the evening with s’mores by the fire and unbelievable stars!

Relax in a small Cabin behind our Log Home on a private gravel road with an inside wood-burning fireplace. There is a small kitchen,a bedroom with a full bed, an electric fireplace and bathroom with just a portable toilet.Guests will be able to use the full bathroom in the main house which is sectioned off from the rest of the house and a private entrance .This not a shared bathroom, it is dedicated for our guests .The cabin also has a sleeping loft with full /twin bed . Quiet Carriage House in Wilmington.

When staying at the Carriage House, the beach and Wilmingtons' attractions are yours for the taking. The Carriage House is located in the Princess Place Neighborhood, next to Burnt Mill Creek -a bird watchers paradise. It is 1.5 miles to Downtown Wilmington and the Riverwalk and 7 miles to the Beach. I have crafted the Carriage House from reclaimed materials. Enjoy the guest hot tub and fire table. Snowbirds and travel nomads know that Wilmington is wonderful year round!

Approximately 5 minutes to Ft Bragg, 10minutes from Raeford, 25 minutes from I95 and 25 minutes to the airport. The house has three bedrooms all with queen sized beds. The kitchen is fully equipped for individuals who like to cook. The living room is equipped with a television and a roku. A washer and dryer is available for use in the garage.

Private entrance on the side of the home. 1 mile from the downtown riverwalk, 8 miles from Wrightsville Beach, & in the center of the inner-city/downtown area. The historic Market Street is 2 blocks over, which heads both downtown & to the beach.
