Framed by hundreds of years old live oak trees, The Cove is situated on an acre of ground, convenient to area beaches and shopping. Most major food chains and big box stores are within a 5 minute drive. Additionally many local eateries are nearby. Carolina beach is an easy 10 minutes drive, historic downtown Wilmington and river walk are 15 minutes, while Wrightsville beach and major shopping malls are 20 minutes. The Studio is a compact space in a separate structure with kitchenette, with woodstove sauna, private trail, fire pit, propane grill and lawn for games and sun bathing. It provides all you need for your wellbeing, such as digital detox, quiet retreats, nature connection and peaceful time. It is only 10 min. from I-95, 20 from Fayetteville, 15 minutes from Hope Mills and 5 minutes from the hospital and Hope Mills and 5 from groceries, pharmacy, ATM, gas station, convenience stores, and food.

Bamboo Bungalow * 1 BR Suite with Private Entrance

This guest suite consists of one bedroom (King bed) and a full bath. The private entrance is located on the front porch and the space is closed off from rest of the home. Space does not include a living room or kitchen. but there is a small refrigerator, microwave, coffee-maker, comfortable sitting space, and a large porch to relax. There is also an air purifier in the room- with HEPA filtration, removing 99.9 of all particles in the air. The space is the size of an average hotel room.

You'll have a private entrance, parking for 2 vehicles, full bedroom, kitchen, bathroom, and a covered breezeway. Wake up to a stocked coffee bar and take a short walk or shorter drive to watch the beautiful sunrise over the ocean, or from one of the oldest fishing piers on the East Coast just half a mile away at Downtown Kure Beach.

Two adults can enjoy a lovely seaside experience at this private suite with outdoor patio. It is on second floor with its own keyless entrance. We are around the corner from Middletown park which offers free summer Friday concerts and Monday farmers market. Other amenities are pickle ball, tennis and basketball courts. Walking distance to some great eateries. Five minute walk to the beach. Wind down after the beach in an aromatherapy. Not child proofed.

Just 30 seconds to the main traffic circle which takes you to great restaurants, shopping, hospital (FirstHealth Moore Regional 1.5 miles away) and, of course, golfing!! The efficiency offers a private entrance, full bed, bathroom w/ shower, kitchenette, and desk area. It is attached to my home so there is daily activity, but we welcome friendly engagement and will respect your privacy.
