ECO Cabin is a cozy two-cabin retreat on Cape Fear River: kitchenette & full size stove , microwave, mini fridge & loft w/2 loft twin mattresses. Unit 2: queen bed, full bath &daybed. Eco features an extensive decking area, a private fishing pier and floating dock, master bedroom and bath, griddle, an outdoor fire pit, and a hammock Set on 2 wooded lots, Eco Cabin was built for those who enjoy nature.Due to remoteness,AWD vehicle may be necessary.Pet friendly FEES & POLICY apply(house rules)

The suite is next to the main house, with private bathroom and its own entrance, front yard and pond. It is completely isolated from noise and view from others. It is only 10 min. from I-95, 20 from downtown Fayetteville, the hospital and Hope Mills and 5 from groceries, pharmacy, ATM, gas station, convenience stores, and food. Includes a private walking trail, a book nook with a divers collection of more than 2000 books and a Mediterranean court with fire pit area, for grilling and eating.

Get a slice of peaceful lakefront living in this welcoming Aframe home with spectacular views! Awake each morning to the sun rising over the lake, then fill the day playing on your own private sandy beach, kayaking, fishing, or birdwatching. Take a short walk to the deeper lake for a refreshing swim or go for hike at Bay Tree Lake State Park which is right around the corner. Whip up a fabulous meal in the large open kitchen and end the evening with s’mores by the fire and unbelievable stars!

Oceanfront Duplex~ linens included!

2 bdrm, 2 1/2 bth oceanfront duplex with 3 pools and tennis courts! Bed and Bath linens included! Private driveway for Golf cart rental permitted. Sorry, strict no pet policy. Sat -Sat weekly rentals in summer season. PLEASE NOTE: All three pools are for our guests to use and are maintained thru the HOA and we do not have any control over exactly when they open (Usually April 1st ) or if any of them closes for any reason. No refunds will be given if any of the pools are closed temporarily.

Enjoy sunrises and sunsets while sitting waterfront: on the dock, porch and spacious studio cottage. Watch the bird life happen right before your eyes. Here you can immerse yourself in nature, or choose your recreation on the water - Kayak, paddle, fish. The large well appointed galley bathroom is fantastic. Do nothing or do it all; your vacation spot is awaiting.

Our beautiful cottage comfortably sleeps six. Spacious deck highlights the amazing oceanfront views. Spacious gathering room and all stainless appliances. Beds made and linens/towels provided for each guest. Huge back porch boasts outdoor dining area, adirondack chairs, outdoor shower and private beach access. Stays include linens (sheets, bath towels and beach towels). Beach toys, beach chairs, boogie boards and Shibumi Shade are all available for your stay as well!

Come enjoy a cozy and quiet stay directly on the Cape Fear River! Take in all the beauty of the backyard no matter the season! Wake up to a fresh cup of coffee and head on down to the river via a private bridge and view the sunrise! Spend the day riding the provided mountain bikes on the Cape Fear River Trail just outside the neighborhood entrance. The Riverfront cottage is centrally located to I-95 & 295, Methodist University, Fort Liberty, & downtown Fayetteville.

This is a recently renovated rustic 1947 cottage with an outstanding view of and access to the Intracoastal Waterway. It is perfect for meditation or quiet time by the water's edge, or for fishing, art, reading, writing, kayaking or paddleboarding. It is close to Wilmington, Wrightsville Beach, Topsail Island and Hampstead where there is shopping, restaurants, outdoor and cultural activities and beautiful beaches. It's old, but it is full of charm!
