Downtown Perryville, MO **DISCLAIMER** you will hear restaurant chatter & music if you do not have a tv/or radio playing between the hours of 10:30am & 1:30am. If you go to bed early I recommend headphones, ear plugs or play nature sounds on Alexa. This is a pet friendly loft apartment so I would not recommend if you are allergic to dogs or cats. This apartment is located above one of the most popular destination restaurant's around "Mary Jane Burgers & Brew" on the Downtown Historic Square.

It features a roof deck with (by far) the best view in Cape, enough space for six to sleep (two queen beds and two couches), one off street parking spot and a building with secure entry. Plus we just live across the street if you need anything.

Rated in “Top 1%” by Airbnb, the Pool House is a separate cottage surrounded by gardens and swimming pool, with retro "Danish Modern" furniture, a gourmet kitchen and plush beds. We have recently added a Finnish Sauna and Japanese Ofuro Soaking Tub. We accept well behaved dogs for a fee of $35 a night. We allow only guests and friends of the Pool House on the grounds, gardens or pool. Hosts are Jane, anthropologist and D. a retired photojournalist for the New York Times.

Enjoy nature as you stay in our unique tiny home village. Nestled between Boutin Creek & lovely natural rock formations, we are proud to share our beautiful property. The Crystal Palace is our purple house with a large scenic, round window on a unique board walk. This property is handicap accessible with a queen bed & a futon in the living area. It can sleep 3 people, but is ideal for 1 or 2. This unit has a bathroom, small kitchenette with a larger mini fridge & microwave.

Living rm/bedrm, full kitchen, ADA bath, and walk in closet. Fully equipped with dishes,linens, refig, micro,stove, keurig, dishwasher and welcome home snacks. Double Murphy bed, queen hide a bed couch convert the living room to bedroom. Space is good for up to 3 adults, 2 adults and 2 children or a single guest. We accept well mannered dogs up to 50 pounds. We do not accept CATS. Like cats but they cause additional clean up. See pets section for dog guest guidelines.
