The large secure yard is perfect for the kids to run and play and for the fur babies too. There is plenty of parking for boats, trailers, cars, caravans, and trucks.

Grass Tree Hill - Esperance

This comfortable, clean private retreat offers a bedroom with views and a gorgeous bathroom and living area. It is semi-detached with its own car park and entrance. Overlooks Lake Warden and is only 5 minutes from town. Beautiful retreat, close to ESPERANCE. You will be provided tea and fresh ground plunger coffee and there are simple facilities for you to make your own meals if you require. The small but very comfortable, eco-friendly space with beautiful views in almost every direction is also perfect as a romantic getaway or quiet retreat for travellers. This unique home was a labour of love built by your hosts. It has all the wonderful atmosphere that lime rendered straw bale creates - undulating walls and deep windows overlooking the bushland.

Lacabane Retreat - Tree Top Upstairs Apartment

Lacabane Retreat (Apartment) is close to the town and beaches. We are on 5 acres and very private. You’ll love Lacabane Retreat because it is very quiet and tranquil. You have access to a tennis court, cricket net or just read a book by the lake. There is also a library, dvd's and a table tennis table for you to use. Lacabane Retreat is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers, families (with young kids), and furry friends (pets).

The Cosy Corner

The little Studio ( Granny Flat ) is located at the back of our property right in town within walking distance to city center and to the Foreshore. The small Studio has a queen size bed, kitchenette for basic cooking and its own en suite. It has a separate entrance from main house, but shares the backyard. We are still in the construction phase of the shed / backyard veranda , so please excuse the little mess in the backyard atm.

Garden Studio

This is a separate large room, rammed earth walls, high ceilings and beautiful marri ceiling. Has ensuite with toilet and shower. Kitchen bench, microwave, kettle etc. Top quality (pillow top) queen size bed and fold out single bed. Enclosed garden. The studio is at the rear of a house with separate entrance and driveway.

Deluxe Two Storey, One Bedroom Spa Apartment

These large self-contained apartments feature: Queen Bedroom, Spa Bathroom, separate toilet & laundry are downstairs. Upstairs you can enjoy magnificent bay views from our open plan Lounge, Dining & Kitchen area. There is also a sheltered BBQ balcony, with outdoor furniture.

Seascape Beach House, West Beach

Seascape is light and spacious with a generous open plan lounge, dining and kitchen. The north facing courtyard is an inviting sun trap for lazy breakfasts and family barbecues. Close to beach and the bush, no pets allowed.
