Queen size Murphy Bed, Big screen TV, couch and dining table. Full kitchen with breakfast bar and stools. Guest will need to bring bath towels, queen bed sheets and 2 pillow cases! BOAT SLIP AVAILABLE OCT THRU MARCH!!

Quiet Mother In-Law apartment with private entrance on a dead end street with giant wrap around porch. Apartment is connected to the main residence by a laundry room with a keyed door on both sides. Bedroom has a Queen size memory foam mattress, TV w/Roku. Living area has a Queen size sleeper sofa with memory foam mattress, 42in TV with Roku to access Netflix, Hulu, etc. Outside Entry door has a keypad that will be programmed with a 4 digit pin specifically for your check in to check out time.
