Recently updated 1-bedroom oceanfront condo sleeping 4 guests with stunning ocean views and direct beach access. Features include: Accommodations: * 2 queen beds in bedroom * Full bathroom with shower and soaking tub * Radiant heated floors throughout * AC Living Space: * Ocean-view living room with ROKU flatscreen TV * Full kitchen with stainless appliances and dishwasher * Dining table seating 4 * Shared deck overlooking Three Arches Rocks * WiFi and shared laundry Location & Activities: * Staircase to beach * Beachfront in downtown Oceanside * Walk to Oceanside's Tunnel Cave at low tide Additional Info: * Parking with EV charging available * Digital entry lock This is an Oceanfront unit, on the lower level on the South side. As noted in some reviews, the parking lot can be a little tight, and can occasionally be full (there are ten spaces for the ten units, but parking is not assigned). There is street parking immediately in front of the building, and plentiful parking about a block to the North across from the Blue Agate Cafe.
