Lakehouse Estate is on 3 acres with private lake.

Lakehouse Estate is a newly completed home on 3 acres with private clear lake forming the centre piece. 4 of the 6 modern bedrooms each with ensuites over look the lake and face east so the sunrises are spectacular. If not a morning person simply hit the button and the auto block out blinds come down. The kitchen opens up to the lake across a large deck with BBQ. With your own mini beach, gym, large av room and separate kids room all will be entertained or escape and find your peace and quiet.

This stylish and unique place sets the stage for a memorable trip where you can work, relax and enjoy everything that Phillip Island can offer. Lovely modern home just 12 minutes walk from the famous Woolamai surf beach and the same from calmer and quieter safety beach perfect for families for a range of water activities. We are just 2 minutes walk from the local restaurants, cafes and local supermarket. And it's only 15 minute drive to Cowes. Bike track will take you to Newhaven and San Remo.

Groups of 4 people will be for the main house, 5+ people will be booking for the house+cottage.

Kottage on Kendall on Phillip Island

Kottage on Kendall is a beautifully renovated home located 5 minutes from San Remo and 10 minutes from the centre of Cowes. This 3 bedroom home includes a queen bed in the first and second bedroom and a double bed in the 3rd bedroom. The modern bathroom includes a spacious shower, toilet and large vanity. The cosy living area includes a split system for heating and cooling, tv (HDMI & Mac cable) & comfy couch. Kitchen is fully equipped with appliances & 6 seat dining table.

Corvers Rest

Corvers Rest is a minimalist beach shack located on the clifftops overlooking Bass Strait. A place to rest and detach amongst wild natural surrounds. The shack provides the essence of an Australian beach shack with views across the ocean and hinterland. It trims back everything else. A string of ocean beaches nestled between coastal cliffs are within a short walk. Outdoor showers, fire pit and BBQ are all present.

Koala Cottage

Koala Cottage is a 2 bedroom air conditioned cottage is situated only 700 metres from both the calm and surf beach. Koala Cottage is ideal for those wanting a quiet relaxing getaway with time and space to reflect, rest or play. Cafes, restaurants and shops are within walking distance . The gp track , penguins and Cowes are a 10 minute drive away. Public bus around the island and to Melbourne is close by
