Groups of 4 people will be for the main house, 5+ people will be booking for the house+cottage.

This 3 bedroom home includes a queen bed in the first and second bedroom and a double bed in the 3rd bedroom. The modern bathroom includes a spacious shower, toilet and large vanity. The cosy living area includes a split system for heating and cooling, tv (HDMI & Mac cable) & comfy couch. Kitchen is fully equipped with appliances & 6 seat dining table.

Retro 60's feel, original artwork and furniture. Ideal for couples or small families. All linen provided. Dog beach meters away. Monitored for CO2, smoke, temp and decibels. Koala Cottage is a 2 bedroom air conditioned cottage is situated only 700 metres from both the calm and surf beach. Koala Cottage is ideal for those wanting a quiet relaxing getaway with time and space to reflect, rest or play. Cafes, restaurants and shops are within walking distance . The gp track , penguins and Cowes are a 10 minute drive away. Public bus around the island and to Melbourne is close by
