‘Off Broadway' studio is a modern & well appointed one-bedroom studio. A private deck to soak up the sun, then retreat to a spacious studio inclusive of reading nook, fridge, TV (with Netflix) & free Wi-Fi. The studio includes a bathroom with a luxurious rain shower & boutique Ena body/hair products for your personal use. The studio located in our garden includes your own private entrance & off-street car parking. Premium locally made muesli is provided along with T2 tea and Lavazza coffee.

Simple and cozy studio in the heart and close to all the best Mornington Peninsular has to offer. Walking distance to the beach (15 min to Capel Sound), 7mins drive to the Hot Springs, 15 mins drive to wineries and many beautiful hikes/walks just around the corner! Enjoy a comfortable king size bed or separated into 2x long single beds, aircon/heater split system, fan, work/study nook with bench space, window bed to relax and chill out, all the essentials you need for a comfortable short stay.

Tarooki Place by the beach

Come and enjoy a beach stay, only 3-5min walk to the beach (250m) and close by to the Rosebud shopping town. Being very close to the main road, you’ll enjoy easy access to reach Rye and other neighbouring beach towns. The front beach is one of the best beaches for families and kids. Linens & towels are provided. Nespresso delonghi coffee machine available but pods not provided. It takes the original Nespresso pod or alike. Bookings are for guests over 25yrs old only. Strictly no schoolies.

The Studio

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish Beach studio. Open plan living with a queen bed, beautiful comfortable leather couches, timber flooring, brand new bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen. There is a large private backyard with a private outdoor shower. The Studio is offered without linen so guests have the option to supply their own and save. The booking does NOT INCLUDE LINEN or TOWELS. It can be supplied for: Queen $30. * NO SCHOOLIES/GATHERINGS or unregistered guests

You'll love this small and intimate romantic escape for you and your partner to get away from the hustle and bustle of it all. Freshly renovated studio within a short walk of only 500 metres to a safe swimming beach. It is the perfect location to explore the beautiful Mornington Peninsula, only a short drive to vineyards and markets, walking tracks, bike tracks and attractions such as Arthur's seat Eagle and many more. It is also within walking distance of the local store.

A peaceful 2-bedroom farm cottage on 20 acres in Boneo, between the ocean and bay beaches. There's plenty of room to slow down, breathe and enjoy the open space, yet we're only 7km from Rosebud and 5 minutes from Peninsula Hot Springs. Surrounded by paddocks, sheep and birdlife, you might hear frogs in the dams, see lambs in spring or pick mulberries in summer. On the third Saturday each month, Boneo Community Market is just down the road.
