The Old Red Barn

Renovated studio in barn built circa 1830, centrally located to all activities in the Berkshires. Bright and sunny space with views of fields and spectacular sunsets. Open upstairs loft bedroom with pine floors, catherial ceiling, exposed beams, full kitchen , bathroom and washer and dryer. The Berkshires are beautiful in the fall , come stay ! 5 minute drive to town. Walk to the Green River , hike the trails. We provide all basic household supplies. We invite all to enjoy our old red barn.

The 600 Sq. Ft Studio with skylights has a sitting area with sofa-bed, flat screen TV/DVD, sleep area with queen-size bed, dining area, fully equipped kitchen and full bath with shower. Views overlook a 30 acre farm (south) and mountains (east). The studio is in a separate building with a private entrance. The 4 acre property includes perennial and vegetable gardens, an orchard and walking paths. The studio is easily accessible to biking, hiking, swimming, and numerous cultural attractions.

1860's Hudson River Carriage House Loft

Carriage house apartment on grounds of historic 1600's Dutch bouwerij (farm), yet with all of the modern amenities. Our Hudson river side apartment features original exposed beams, wood floors, tasteful decor, and a complete country kitchen. On-Hudson river edge setting with beach access allows watching eagles & herons, or kayaking. Walk-in to marshland wildlife refuge. 19th century lighthouse on property. Leaf peeping or apple picking during the fall. Hunter and Windham ski areas nearby.

Bolton Landing/Lake George - Beautiful open loft apartment above a garage. Very serene and quiet. Has a seasonal view of Lake George. Fully furnished with a queen bed and a queen sleeper couch. Small deck with barbeque grill. 2 miles to the town of Bolton Landing and public beaches. 15 minutes to Lake George Village and all other activities in the area.

Perfect for a romantic get away or longer stay. Unlike most hosts, we don’t charge a cleaning fee which makes our nightly price very reasonable and competitive. We have a hi-speed (220/240) Tesla charging station and blazing fast high speed fiber optic internet.

Large storefront converted to colorful open plan apartment in the heart of downtown Troy. Blocks away from RPI, and steps away from most of Troy's nightlife. Warning: this urban bohemian experience may bring back memories of Williamsburg Brooklyn or Downtown LA in the 90's. Note that sounds from outside and adjacent apartments may bother light sleepers, so don't book this one if that is a concern for you. Also parties are not allowed because of close neighbors! Thanks!

The Brown Barn

1800's barn that was original barn to Governor Yates Mansion - which now houses a 2nd floor quiet, quaint 400 sq. ft "open concept" studio. Private outdoor deck, offstreet parking. Loads of character including shiplap siding on walls and ceiling, and old wooden floors. Fully equipped kitchen with full size fridge, gas stove, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, dishes, silverware, pot & pans. Full bath with smaller stand up shower. Queen size bed.

Sun filled loft with a beautiful private roof garden. A retreat right in the middle of the village. Acessable to everything. Cozy yet sleeps 4 -6 good friends or family comfortably- because there are several different cool areas to hang out & relax. There is a semi private bedroom ( shoji screen walls so not sound or light proof) a pull out Queen size bed in the living room and a full size bed in the sleeping loft.
