De velindrettede 50 m2, med op til 4 m. til loftet passer perfekt til et par - men er også ideelt til familien med 2-3 børn. Året rundt kan der bades i ”Svenskerhullet” ml. Roneklint og den lille fine ø Maderne, som ejes af Nysø slot. 10 km fra Præstø. Desuden er landskabet skabt til smukke gå – og cykelture.

The house is decorated in modern beach house style – ”simple living” with a great amount of charm and a personal touch! The House is located on a 3.600 square meters plot, where the 2.000 square meters are beach and sea. The beach is private (though the public has access). But since it is private and there is no big parking lot you'll mostly have the beach to yourself!

This cozy old apartment from 1798 is placed in the middle of the old town of Copenhagen, where you find most cafes and tourist attractions, the main shopping street, parliament, New Habour, National Museum, Christiania, etc. The apartment is located on a quite street and all curtains are black, so you will have a nice sleep despite the central location and the bright Scandinavian nights.
