Please message us if you need parking. 1 bedroom apartment with a double bed, a family bathroom with a bath, and a small balcony. The open-plan lounge offers a comfortable sofa bed for additional guests. The apartment is within walking distance of the Cardiff Central train station, Principality Stadium, St Davids Shopping Park, Cardiff Castle, and Utility Arena. We have 2 apartments in the same building.

The Annex @ Brook Garden Lodge Is Available for Single Night and Short Term Rent. The Annex is located at back of the garden with private access, private entrance door and free parking. If you are looking for a larger room, we also have the Suite@Brook Garden Lodge adjacent to the Annex with a few added extras, but due to Airbnb Algorithm appears down the list when searching for places in Barry. Due to the rooms being in same location, you won’t be aware unless you zoom in on the annex price.

This 1 bedroom apartment has just been renovated and completed to an extremely high specification. This new flat comprises of a stylish kitchen/diner and living area that includes a 55 inch smart TV, Dishwasher and Washer Dryer. There is an enclosed private courtyard with decking and dining set. Parking is available.

Cosy studio annex

A completely self-contained annex-come-studio in our garden with access from the rear. It has everything you need for a short stay in Cardiff and is very close to lovely parks, cafes, restaurants and shops and is 25 mins walk or ten mins bus ride to town - the bus stop is right behind the annex. It is suitable for a couple, two friends (there's a pull-out single bed in the living area) or a couple with a child. We converted our garage during lockdown and created this unique and cosy space.

This very central and yet quiet studio is 3 minutes walk from the central train station and features its own private roof terrace. There is a king size bed , kitchenette to prepare simple meals and dining table. The WiFi is very fast and guests usually get around 300mbps. Easy walking distances to some great local restaurants and a beautiful park.
