The Nest at Crash Boat. Only waterfront on Beach

Enjoy romantic sunsets right on your front steps. The Nest is the only exclusive waterfront property on beautiful Crash Boat Beach. Relax on your very own beachfront deck complete with a shaded hammock area and a lounging sunbed area that complements our cozy air-conditioned studio apartment overlooking the ocean. Our beautiful outdoor garden shower and exterior bathroom are an experience all on their own. Two guest parking spaces are located right on the property for your convenience.

Caribbean Paradise I

This is a studio on a cliff with a spectacular view facing mangroves, Middlesex and Poza El Teodoro beaches and the Atlantic Ocean. Each studio has Smart TV internet, private bathroom, kitchenette microwave, electric coffee maker, small refrigerator, queen size bed, side table, futon (convertible to twin size bed), AC and a balcony with ocean view. The common areas for the studios are a pool, gazebo, sitting area by the pool and they all have ocean view. Pets are not allowed.

The home consists of 2 units 1 upstairs & 1 downstairs, both consist of 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, living room, dining room, and kitchen. Enjoy sunrises and sunsets listening to the waves from the balcony located on a private sandy beach which is several miles long. We are 5 minutes away from the airport. This unit is located upstairs.

Private and cozy beach house ideal for couples, small families, or small groups of friends *up to a maximum of 5 people. You’ll love our terraces, the ocean breeze, the hammocks, kayaks and gorgeous sunsets. Punta Arenas is a quiet and safe beach. The neighborhood is well known for its great seafood restaurants.
