Built in 1905 in downtown Fredericton this Eaton House has been creatively & completely renovated in 2022. We await your arrival! The third floor loft is a beautiful escape with a queen bed and separate sitting area.

The space is in the walkout basement of my home. It has tall ceilings, a private entrance and no shared spaces. Gorgeous country side property with lots of room to roam perfect for pets to stretch their legs after a long car ride.
