Enjoy your morning coffee & watch the sunrise with amazing open lake views into Canada from every window. Bring your boat, ATV or snowmobile for excellent fishing & recreation ALL year long. Large sloping lawn on lake side from house to the waters edge. Excellent frontage for swimming in the summer or ice fishing & snowmobiling in the winter, easy walk in lake access.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Cottage is centrally located within an hour of Fredericton, Moncton and Saint John in Cole’s island near the village limit of Cambridge narrows/ washademoak lake. The cottage sits on the main boating channel and will have docks for the 2023 summer season with plenty of deep water. Enjoy beautiful sunrises over the lake and take in the peace and quiet on this 5 acre oasis. Hot tub, Kayaks and paddle board on site for use.

My Little Oasis is a cozy little cottage on Maquapit Lake in Clark's Corner NB. 3 bedrooms that can sleep up to 6 guests. 1 bedroom with a queen sized bed and the other 2 each have a twin over double bunk beds. This cottage will serve all your vacation needs. My intention is to make My Little Oasis a place where you want to come back and share your experience with your family and friends so they can come over for a stay and experience this little piece of paradise on the lake.
