We welcome infants (still sleeping in a cot) with a change of $30 per day. Just a short walk from a cafe and shopping precinct, enjoy a walk along the South Perth foreshore, or watch your favourite game at Optus Stadium. Private guesthouse, max 2 guests. It has a queen size bed, bathroom, toilet, AC, walk in wardrobe, roller shutter window, living room, kitchenette and private entrance. Left side of Driveway or street parking. WIFI, TV with Netflix Airport and city are 15-20 mins drive away. 10 mins walk to bus stops and restaurants 5 mins drive to major facilities. linen, towels, blanket, shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, well equipped kitchenette No Laundry facilities but we live at the back and happy to help.

Nicely located just a short stroll to the scenic Claisebrook Cove. Explore the nearby riverfront, cafes and local eateries, a scenic walk to Optus Stadium or take a quick trip to Perth’s vibrant city center via the free Yellow CAT. Claisebrook train station is also accessibly a short walk away.

Our SMOKEFREE studio is completely separate and therefore ISOLATION friendly, but requires a higher nightly rate to cover extra isolation requirements, eg. delivery of grocery items if required.
