Set on the grounds of a 200 acre working farm, Park Lodge Cottage dates back to 1760. This newly renovated cottage has maintained the handcrafted oak trusses originally sourced from Coolattin estate, making this an impressive and welcoming space. "Stable Cottage"

"Stable Cottage" is an old traditional style, converted stone barn, near our historic old farmhouse. It retains many original features such as the original old natural slated roof, old beams, pine boarded floors, exposed original stone walls etc. etc.. It is very quiet and peaceful, on a small working tillage farm. Originally, it was the stable where the horses were sheltered and fed for the winter months while the wheat, feed oats etc was stored on the loft overhead.

Beautifully restored cottage located on a working farm in peaceful Kilkenny countryside between Mullinavat, Piltown and Mooncoin. We are within 30 minutes drive of Waterford, Kilkenny and Clonmel. Fantastic views and long quite walks are promised. A stones throw from the beautiful Curraghmore estate, Comeragh mountains with the spectacular Mahon Falls and Coumshingaun Lake and Slievenamon. The Deise Greenway and Copper Coast beaches are easily accessed nearby.
