The home is located near many great activities, such as the Willard Munger State trail, the Duluth Traverse bike trails, the Superior Hiking trail, Jay Cooke State Park, Mont du Lac and Spirit Mountain. The home is only a short 20-minute drive to Lake Superior.

We are a working farm so don't be surprised to see livestock in your front yard. No on-grid power or water but there is a solar generator and drinking water is supplied. The solar can run a CPAP and charge cell phones easily. There's an outdoor shower and a very clean outhouse to use. Come relax and enjoy yourselves!
