We are happy to present Southern Charm, our lakeside retreat for your consideration. Professionally designed for enjoyable luxury, our home is nestled within a one of the most desired areas of Carlton Landing known as The Bend featuring a shared common area where kids love to play, a fire-it and outdoor dining. Our well appointed home features lodging for up to 8 with 3 beds plus a loft, 2.5 baths, an amazing screened porch and open balcony. We hope you love this gem as much as we do. Enjoy!

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Enjoy the lake with hours of endless fun, swimming and fishing. Come back to the house and enjoy a cookout! Play games and sit around the fire pit and cook hot dogs and roast marshmallows. Don't want to cook, we are just a few miles from some great restaurants. After a great day of fun retreat to the comfortable beds for a good night sleep. Golf cart provided as a courtesy! Two charging stations for your boat. Sorry no pets allowed.
