Our quaint, cosy house in Ferryden offers a wonderful holiday or short break experience for 2/3 people. The views from the house are stunning, ideally located just 15 steps from a small beach, or a short walk to the lighthouse. There's a village pub closeby, a good bus service and only a 20 -30 minute walk to Montrose where you'll find excellent restaurants and pubs, cinema, and a train station. There are so many things to do in the area including walking, fishing, photography, bird watching.

The Hay Loft is a very large 3 bedroom cottage that forms part of the stable block - two bedrooms are ensuite (the master bedroom has sitting area, roll top bath; downstairs bedroom/ensuite is fully accessible). Large open plan living/dining/kitchen incl. dishwasher and washer-dryer. Wifi, TV in every room. 6 acre gardens, tennis court, on site gym and hot-tubs. Dog friendly.

Hideaway cottage is situated in the beautiful seaside town of Carnoustie. Carnoustie is famous for its championship golf course but has so much more on offer for families and visitors. Hideaway cottage is situated just a few minutes walk from the beach and golf course and the town's many restaurants, cafes and shops. Recently renovated, it sleeps four, with the second king-sized bed being able to split into two singles. There is also a lovely dog-safe garden, with secluded patio.

Tucked away but in the middle of it all, The Vintage is a delightful, free-standing, fully renovated, three bedroom house with a large conservatory and a unique private patio garden. Located in the conservation area, with no direct access for cars, the only noise one hears is the wind and the occasional seagull flying overhead.
