Park Street Place (PSP) is located on a quiet street in the village of Sharon Springs. Enjoy exceptional restaurants, little shops, and historical sites, all within walking distance or a quick, little ride. PSP is newly renovated and fully modernized, yet retains the charm of its 1860s heritage. Sharon Springs is a village with lots of character (and lots of characters), a nice retreat within easy access to other upstate points of interest including Cooperstown and historic Schoharie County.

The Speculator Guest House is fully renovated to offer an elevated and thoughtful stay. Guests love the outdoor sauna, Sunday to Wednesday private chef brunch or dinner, espresso maker, fully stocked kitchen, and everything you need for a campfire under the string lights. Walk to the grocery store, restaurants, shops, or the sandy beach on Lake Pleasant (.6 miles). Each guest receives individualized local recommendations. Historical Erie Canal Bike Path/ Vacation Home 1

The home is on the historical list. It is over 130 years old with beautiful hardwood floors throughout. It has character and charm. It is completely renovated with cable tv, and wifi. The attic is finished and has a double bed and single bed as well. The home is not childproof for toddlers. My home is 26 miles from Cooperstown, Ommengang Brewery and within one mile from the NY thruway. Lovely antique shops in town with places to eat in walking distance. No smoking inside. No pets.

The Mohawk Getaway! Private heated pool

Welcome friends! Great house for baseball season. Each room is large, inviting, and offers wonderful natural lighting with its 56 windows. The house is equipped with a large eat-in kitchen and two private dining rooms with seating space for 14 guests. The main living room offers a custom feather down sectional accompanied by a beautiful chaise lounge and two wingback chairs. Head through the foyer and up the immaculate stairway to find four large bedrooms and two full bathrooms.
