Recently remodeled!! Thanks for looking at my beach cottage! The house is only 4 blocks to the ocean and located right behind the lake where you will find a sidewalk around the lake for easy beach access. There is a farmers market around the lake every Saturday in the summer! This is a great house in an excellent location perfect for families and those that want to bring their fur babies. The backyard is large and fenced in. Fur babies are welcome with a one time $50 pet fee. No cats.

Surf’s Up is a bright and airy guest room with a comfortable king size bed, a kitchenette with a refrigerator/freezer, coffee maker, and microwave. Also equipped with dining table for two and a private bath with shower. Open the wide French doors to welcome in the sunshine and relax on your private deck. Shopping, restaurants, live music and nightlife are all within walking distance. The Carolina Beach Harbor, the Boardwalk, charter fishing boats and white sand beaches are a short walk away.

Tons of shopping, excellent restaurants, and bars within a short drive or walk from the Crabby Pad, This upper unit has a large front deck to relax and barbeque. Also golf carts are available to rent. The golfcarts are 75.00 per day/350.00 per week. We do allow up to 2 dogs @ a fee of $65 per dog.
