Tiene garaje privado con portón eléctrico, terraza, BBQ privado y una hamaca donde podrán relajarse y pasarla bien. En este apartamento NO está permitido fumar en el interior ni en el área de la terraza. Está a 10 min. del aeropuerto 15 min. de playa Isla Verde, 15 min. Condado, 17 min. Viejo San Juan.

Mall of San Juan is 15 min from the house. Plaza Carolina is 5 minutes away which has grocery store, restaurant and even has a movie theater. This is a really central place everything is really close. We live in a tropical island insects are part of our daily routine. We do pest control every two weeks.
