☀Fun Flamingo: Beachfront/Quiet Retreat/Best Views

The Fun Flamingo is a charming 1950’s ranch bungalow directly on the beach of Alligator Point; part of Old Florida's Forgotten Coast. A great getaway for enjoying the ocean and its habitat. The 11-window ocean-facing sunroom has amazing views and is a great place to watch dolphins play just off-shore. Or just a few steps outside the back and you're enjoying the endless beaches of Alligator Point. 2 bedrooms, a bunkroom & 2 baths. 8 guests limit. And while a pet is allowed, there is $120 fee.

Spring Creek Getaway

No Pets! In the first photo, both homes are ours—the right side is our oyster operation, Forgotten Bay Oysters, and the left is where you’ll be staying. We’re sometimes nearby but often out on the water, so you’ll have plenty of privacy. Spring Creek is home to some of the largest underwater springs, with spring boils you can kayak to. It’s also great for flats fishing. Enjoy local restaurants along the water, some with live music. There are also biking trails that lead to nearby springs 😉

Beauty and the Beach

This beautifully decorated home custom built in 2024, is centrally located and just a short drive to St. George Island. Walk across the street to your own private beach. Kids can find marine life in the tidal pools while everyone can fish, swim and walk along the sandbar. Two kayaks are provided for your enjoyment. Inside the house you will have a well equipped kitchen and comfortable living space with amazing views of the bay. Sit on the porch with a glass of wine and watch the dolphins.

The comfy sunporch has a daybed that opens into 2 twins. Outside the house has plenty of decks & seating areas. Upper deck features a firetable for those nightly stargazing, wine-sipping evenings. Hip Nautic

Looking for a best kept secret? Our Hip Nautic beach house on Alligator Point is located on a private beach where you can escape the crowds, enjoy a white sand beach, incredible wildlife of dolphins, sea turtles, bald eagles, deer, and much more. Relax to a simpler life that hasn't given way to high-rises and commercialism. Great local restaurants are 15 minutes from your doorstep. Tallahassee airport is a 50 minute drive. Our 4 bedroom, 3 bath beach house sleeps 10 and has incredible views.

3 night minimum. This spacious, over 2,100 sq/ft condo, sits on the Gulf of Mexico with a 500 foot fishing pier at your doorstep. There are 10 by 20 foot decks overlooking the Gulf on both levels of the condo. Have morning coffee on the deck on the main level and enjoy the stars from the deck just off the master suite at night. Condo is on the end so you can see all the way down the coast. We are just a half hour from the best beach in the US, with a good public beach even closer.

This lovely condo on Florida's "Forgotten Coast" provides guest with a beautiful view and tranquility only seen in this area of Florida. Located in St. James in Franklin county, you are 44 miles from the Tallahassee airport, it is convenient to a big city, while set in a quiet, rural beach area. You are only minutes from St. James Golf club, Carrabelle (7 miles away with public beach), St. George Island, Panacea and Apalachicola. Swimming not recommended (more like a bay).
