Welcome to "The Upper Gallery Area", AKA TUGA TUGA is primarily used by Health Care Professionals coming to Chapel Hill for in-house training, literally! If you are reading this and not a HCP keep reading, you just lucked out! TUGA is part of a 6000 sq.ft, 1.5 acre secluded living area, my home when in NC. It’s +/- 1015 sq.ft. of open concept living, European style kitchen , dining area for 6, living room area with easel TV , SONOS throughout, balcony with table for 4, BBQ/grill, 1 bedroom.

This is a clean space specially designed for families, friends and even your pup. The set-back of the neighbors' houses provides a comfortable amount of privacy in this quiet neighborhood. The house is 3.5 miles from downtown Carrboro and 10 minutes from the UNC campus! The house is close to: - Rigmor House - The Barn at Valhalla - Lavender Oaks Farm - Rock Quarry Farm - The Honeysuckle Tea House Franklin Street is 4 miles away with venues and restaurants like Cat's Cradle and Neil's Deli!

Ten ft. ceilings and fine architectural details; terraced; fountains nestled in a tree grove on 10 acres with foot paths. 15-20 minutes to Chapel Hill/Carrboro, University of North Carolina; Pittsboro and the Saxapahaw arts community on the Haw River. The home includes all the essentials — full kitchen, laundry, A/C, and high-speed internet — but many guests find themselves spending most of their time relaxing on the screened-in porch, listening to birds, and recharging.

The West Wing is guest quarters to a residence on 15 acres 5 miles south of Chapel Hill. It's an easy 10 minutes (5 miles) to downtown Chapel Hill, UNC, UNC Hospitals and Carrboro. Comfortable, clean, attractive, and very secluded. It is a studio apartment with one double bed, perfect for one person, cozy for two.. Your friendly, well behaved dog is welcome, but don't ever let your dog on the furniture or leave your dog alone uncrated. Sorry, no cats.
