Our “Tiny Villas” are tiny Houses uniquely designed to replicate the Spanish colonial architecture that has made Cartagena a world famous city and are also designed to afford maximum space and comfort per square foot while ensuring low energy consumption. Our Garden View Villa is one of our favorite “Tiny Villas” for the views throughout! This two story 26m2 villa sports a private shower and toilet, two double beds, and beautiful private back patio with views of the body of water surrounding the property.

These specific design choices along with the entrance ramp have allowed this villa to also be ADA accessible for guests with disabilities.
