Tiene un fantástico porche de 50 m2 que centrará la actividad de la casa, junto a él está la barbacoa y la piscina.

This penthouse is an ideal luxury holiday home, located in 2nd line of the beach in the Playamar area, a very quiet place surrounded by wide boulevards, nature and neighbourhood in harmony, perfect for relaxing. Also available from November to March for full months: 2600€ approx/4weeks (November and December) 2800€ approx/4weeks (January, February March), all expenses included. Or per night 250€.

Modern villa, pool, countryside, close to Malaga

Our modern detached house is in the countryside, about 20 minutes from Malaga airport and 30 minutes from central Malaga. Given our location a car is essential. Spacious, open plan living with generous terraces and a salt water swimming pool. The house is not air conditioned but there are ceiling fans in the bedrooms. There is no television. WiFi is reliable throughout the house.
