There is an outside shower, outside seating, and a Tesla charger. 4 towels, 4 hand towels, 4 wash cloths, shampoo, conditioner, soap, coffee, cream and sweetener are provided. Beau Retreat is a new construction, 6oo sq ft with its own entrance, parking, ac/heating unit, TV, fridge, microwave and toaster oven.

There's a fenced in yard for furry family members. I also have several kayaks you can borrow but you will need a way to transport them. Note: There is an internal stairway that connects the two floors.
