Tethera Nook - a beautifully crafted retreat

Tethera Nook is the South East wing of Hylands with wonderful views. Set over three floors, surrounded by beautiful gardens. It has been renovated with great care, to the highest standard of design, using quality materials and finishes. It is a place to rest and unwind, to wander and sit in a garden full of wildlife, to gaze at the ever-changing views. It's 12 minutes walk from Kendal town center's many independent shops and restaurants and 5 minutes walk to our local pub the Riflemans Arms

LOVEDAY

A romantic, stylish and cosy cottage for two in the beautiful Lake District National Park, half a mile from the shores of Lake Windermere and a 20 minute drive from Junction 36 of the M6. We are dog friendly. Our 250 year old cottage features modern rustic decor, u/f heating, log burner, super-fast internet, Smart TV, Sonos sound system and a complimentary podPoint 7kw EV charger. There are many wonderful walks and bike rides available from the front door. Stays start Mondays or Fridays.

The Cumbria Way. Short walk to Centre of Ulverston

Situated on private grounds the converted rustic, small, stone built barn with adjoining kitchen, shower & toilet pod-NOTE TOILET IS NEXT DOOR TO THE SLEEPING AREA - SEE PHOTOS. The sleeping area has woodburning stove, 2 armchairs, chest of draws, radiator & superking sized bed (can be converted into 2 singles upon request). Surrounded by fields & 500 metres from the centre of the historic market town of Ulverston. It is situated 10 minutes from the start of the Cumbria Way walk.

A delightful fully equipped first floor apartment for two. (A babe in arms is welcome) 1 small pet allowed The apartment is a minute walk to all the amenities of Cartmel which includes the Race course and the famous Michelin starred Restaurants. We are just far enough from the villiage centre to be peaceful and relaxing. Tea and coffee is provided together with a welcoming drink. We also provide a free permit for on street Parking just outside the front door.

The Stopping Point- Stunning Cottage- Pet Friendly

This beautifully presented, 19th century, former workman's cottage with private on site parking is tucked away in the village of Flookburgh, on the fringes of the Lake District. It is the perfect opportunity for the family to explore the Lake District, Morecambe Bay and the coastline that stretches along the Cartmel Peninsula . This is a cosy and inviting space where you can gather around the wood-burner to enjoy the company of your friends and family.

The Apartment on The Square - a perfect location!!

The Apartment on the Square is in a prime position right in the square of the historic and picturesque village of Cartmel. Offering a convenient level walk to the amenities on offer such as individual Shops, Public Houses, Village Store, and world famous eateries. This medieval village is renowned not only for its famous Priory, its Gatehouse but in more recent times for the 'Cartmel Races' Steeplechase meetings, and 'Cartmel Sticky Toffee Pudding'.

The Beautiful Maggie Puddle Cottage is a short walk to the centre of Cartmel, located at the foot of Haggs Lane. The luxurious 'Chocolate Box' cottage has been set over two floors keeping many of its original features. This perfectly appointed cottage is great for short breaks or weeks away and superbly located for those wanting to explore the Lakes and enjoy all that Cartmel has to offer.
