Come and enjoy all that this spacious and beautifully renovated 2-bedroom home has to offer. A large private yard that is nestled in and among mature trees that overlooks a pond filled with wildlife. Relax on the patio or get your fixings ready for roasting marshmallows for delicious S'mores in the natural andstone firepit. We accommodate up to 4 people, (1 King, 1 Queen and 1 pullout sofa bed). The dining room table expands and is centrally located in the downstairs living area.

WINTER, We have a circular driveway and a flat driveway. I do my own snow plowing. This is a lovely 640 square foot, mother in law apt on a 5 acres estate, It's very private, quiet and safe with a private entrance. The traffic is light and contact with people is non-existent. Four rooms with a Queen bedroom, A full size pull out sofa in the sitting room, a kitchenette with laundry facilities and a full bath with shower. We are 20 min from downtown Mpls. Off street parking.

Country Retreat - relaxing, clean, pet friendly

This clean modern apartment space features country charm, peace and quiet, and gorgeous sunrises and sunsets. It's off the main road, but close enough to everything. 35 minutes west of the MSP airport. The space is the entire lower level of our home. There is a private entrance,heated floors for those chilly days you need it and ice cold AC for the warm ones. Plenty of space to cook, watch TV, work, or just rest. Pets are welcome.
