Discover the unique charm of our one-of-a-kind ranch house, featuring a stunning deck overlooking a serene, wooded backyard. This property boasts stylish furnishings and exceptional amenities, ensuring a comfortable stay. Conveniently situated near a variety of shopping and dining options, the house is also just 2 miles from the prestigious Prestonwood Country Club. For nature enthusiasts, the Cary Bond Park walking trail is a mere 0.2 miles away, perfect for morning strolls or evening walks.

Guest Suite: Artist studio turned into loft.

A guest suite that's a former artist studio with 10-15 foot high windows and 20 foot high ceiling, converted into one bedroom loft with private entrance, bath, living area, and kitchenette. The space is attached to the rest of my house, but you'll have a private entrance, your own bathroom, living area and kitchenette and two seat dining table. You will not have access to a full kitchen. New in September 2025: Blackout curtains provide privacy at night and a darker room for sleeping in.
