Three bedrooms upstairs: Two have California King beds and the last has two twins. The room downstairs has a California King. Each room has its own air conditioner/heater.

Walking distance to public beaches and golf course, and restaurant. Great location!! The house has excellent use of space and doesn't feel crowded. The extra large deck provides more living space. Central AC added for 2026 season.
