I have some wonderful rooms available in our historic hotel. The rooms have a vintage look and feel to them. They are nice and clean with premium features. Room 310 includes a sink and queen bed but share nice common bathrooms and a lockable shower. Enjoy our outside terrace that is open weather permitting and overlooks beautiful George Washington Park. The building located on 1140 Franklin Ave is a lovely home built in 1900 by ship builder Ferdinand Fisher and was established as a bed and breakfast in May of 1986. Astoria is such a historic town and every building has incredible architecture, history and a story. Every restoration seems to respect the era of the original structure and this reflects the beliefs of the town and its people and their commitment to Astoria’s history. I am in love with this town and hope you will too.

While it may be our smallest room, our Queen Shared Bath has its charms. We call it "the most comfortable shoebox you'll ever stay in." This room is perfect for adventurers looking for a comfortable place to lay your head after a day of exploring Portland and the surrounding area. Just down the hall and throughout the building are multiple shared, individual locking bathrooms, each with its own shower. Linen & personal bath towels included. The size of the room is 100 sq ft.

Room three at Observatory Inn is a double queen room with a shared balcony overlooking downtown Winthrop. This is a very open feeling space, with high wood ceilings, exposed beams, and large windows. Large paintings by local artist Anna Rodgers create a modern loft type feel. Our most spacious room, Room #3 has two queen beds and a great view of Roslyn! Once a dentist's office, Room #3 has it's own private sitting area and two small sinks. Dr. Joel Fleischman once stayed here...just kidding! We are the only airbnb/vacation rental in downtown Roslyn, nested between Corks Wine bar and less then 200 yards from Washington's oldest infamous bar, The Brick.
