Base Camp 49 is a purpose built micro resort of four two-bedroom nightly rental homes, sleeping up to 6 guests each. Located on the ski trails in the heart of Mazama and the bank of the Methow River. All cabins enjoy covered patios, propane fire pits, and stunning views. Each casita is tastefully furnished with modern décor making the perfect place to relax and build memories. The individual units are named after the nearby mountains: Goat Peak, Sandy Butte, Flagg Mountain and Lucky Jim Bluff.

The building has free heated underground parking, a shared rooftop hot tub in a fully secured building. In suite laundry washer/dryer, fireplace and fully stocked kitchen. Bathroom has a bathtub/shower. The suite is private and located on the 3 rd floor with nice a balcony and beautiful views.

Modern carriage house apartment, located right next to the Silver Fir Ski run. This is a true ski in/ski out experience. You can watch skiers from a comfy chair by the fire since you are only about a hundred feet from the chairlift. No need to hassle with ski area parking lots or lodge food. Keep all your gear warm and dry and use the kitchen to prepare meals. Silver Fir is a great base camp with day and night skiing, and Summit West, East and Central are accessible by the chairlift.
