Holiday Home Mila

Holiday Home Mila is located in the coast village Egmond aan Zee, 50 meters from the dunes and 100 meters from the center. The beach is 300 meters away from the house. In the village there are several good restaurants, bars and lovely terraces. The supermarket is 200 meters away. The center of the cozy cheese town of Alkmaar can easily be reached by bus with 20 minutes. A day in Amsterdam is also a possibility. From the train station (Heiloo or Alkmaar) every half hour a train goes to A'dam.

Genieten van strand, bos en duin.

Ons fijne huis ligt aan de rand van duin en bos. Met de auto ben je in vijf minuten op het strand van Castricum aan Zee, met de fiets in twintig minuten en na een uurtje lopen ben je er ook. Het huis heeft alles wat je nodig hebt: een fijne zithoek met zicht op de heerlijke tuin, een eethoek met comfortabele stoelen om fijn lang te tafelen. Een keuken met afwasmachine, Nespresso koffiemachine, waterkoker en broodrooster. Twee slaapkamers met ruimte voor totaal vier personen en twee badkamers.

Kom heerlijk tot rust op deze unieke locatie aan de voet van een duin. Uit het keukenraam kijk je op de bossen. Vanaf hier kun je beginnen met wandelen in het Nationaal park het Noord-Hollands Duinreservaat en in 10 minuten fiets je naar het strand. Geniet van de fluitende vogels, de ruime tuin en het zonovergoten terras grenzend aan het bos. In de buurt volop restaurants. Er is een directe treinverbinding naar Amsterdam (25min), Alkmaar (15 min) en Haarlem (30 min)

Heerlijke woning in het centrum van Castricum: 550 meter (7min lopen) van treinstation (30 min per trein van Amsterdam), 15 min fietsafstand strand, 10 min lopen van duingebied. Ideaal verblijf voor liefhebbers van: strand, natuur, wandelen, fietsen. Restaurants, winkels en bioscoop op loopafstand. Geniet van een compleet ingerichte keuken, ruime douche, groot tweepersoonsbed (180x220cm), eigen tuintje. Op het terrein kun je een vriendelijke hond en kat tegenkomen.

Het vakantiehuis is gelegen aan het Noord-Hollands kanaal. Het huis is niet heel stil gelegen, maar wel gezellig en centraal t.o.v. Alkmaar, Bergen en Schoorl. Zeer geschikt voor vriendinnenclubjes, fietsclubjes en gezinnen, die niet op een vakantiepark willen zitten. Het huis heeft veel oorspronkelijke details, wat het sfeervol en karakteristiek maakt. Het huis is geschakeld aan de woning van de eigenaar, maar er is volop privacy en een royale eigen tuin.

It is next to the owners house, but offers a lot of privacy. The cottage has a nice terrace that overflows into the garden.
