One of 3 suites (see my profile to view other suites) within our family home, located on 4 tropical acres of land with magnificent views of the north and the neighboring island of Martinique. Enjoy the most amazing sunsets on the sprawling patio. Despite its tranquility, the property is ideally located less than 10 min drive from the city, and some beaches. A 2 min walk up our driveway and you're on the bus route. Within a 10 min walk are a bakery, mini mart, bars, restaurants and food vans.

We are located in north of Castries in a safe and desirable community. The studio offers all the basic amenities to make your overnight or short stay comfortable. It is also a great option for a single or couple who want a longer stay but just want a comfortable bed and small kitchen to explore the island.

On the Vigie Peninsula-walk to the beach where local restaurants serve tasty meals daily (visit Petra's Cafe open 6am to 8pm!!!), Seaside Taxi Service available. Visit historical sites. Bank Currency Exchange located opposite the beach. Within short driving distance-Castries City, Ferry Terminal, supermarket, shopping center with pharmacy, medical/eye doctor's offices, food court, boutiques, supermarket. Short driving distance from the popular,highly rated Coal Pot Restaurant.

Ti Kas (small house)

Ti Kas is all wood, with one bedroom, a double bed, complete kitchen, saloon with smart TV with WIFI connection & sofa. One toilet inside & bath on the balcony. From the guest balcony there's a wonderful view of the ocean & neighboring Martinique. Lush greenery & birds surrounds our property, including seven varieties of mangoes, Lime, Lemon & sour orange trees. Yoga & mediation place is available. Please see pics for more.

This property is located in a quiet neighbourhood that is close to the city and both air and sea ports, it is located above the car park of my house so my family , parents and myself are easily available.
