This home is for people intent on veering off the beaten path in search of tranquility and solitude. It has patch reefs where you can go out snorkeling . There are lots of coconut palms so you can make your own island drink. It's such a beautiful place to relax and feel the ocean breezes. The sand beach is lovely for walking. Be mesmerized by the magnificent sunset and crystal clear water or gaze at the endless stars of the night sky.

Cat's Cove is situated on 2 private beachfront acres on the beautiful turquoise waters of the Exuma Sound. And with an empty lot next to us for even more privacy!
