Lake Front Retreat & Water Sports

The downstairs apartment is available for AirBnB guests. Our home is on the lake in the Foothills of NC with water sports in our back yard. Great atmosphere, views, lake, and R&R. The apartment includes one bedroom (1 king size bed, 1 queen foam mattress), a living room, an entertainment area with pool table and darts. It also has a full private bath. The apartment steps out onto a private lower deck overlooking the lake. Our place is good for couples, adventurers, business people, and families.

Our Peaceful Mountain Retreat: The Crow’s Nest

Come visit us in one of the best parts of Western North Carolina! Our attached lower level guest apartment has its own entrance from your private deck with keypad entry. Inside is a large luxuriously furnished living area, with an under counter fridge/freezer a microwave, toaster oven, coffeemaker and kettle. Satellite TV and WiFi are provided. There’s a separate bedroom with queen bed and en-suite bathroom. Use your private apartment as a secluded getaway or as a base for your explorations!

The perfect place to settle in and relax after a day of travel and activities. A private guest suite w/theater room vibe. 3 side by side twin beds on raised tier platforms. Plenty of pillows, blankets & Smart TV for streaming. If you enjoy the outdoors we have a wonderful area right outside your door to lay in a hammock or enjoy sitting on the swing by the small pond listening to the water fall. You are also welcome to use our screened in porch with comfy furniture and table and chairs.

Grab a picnic and hike to a secluded river spot, road bike "The Snake" to Little Switzerland, mountain bike some of the sweetest, technical descents, trail run, or just pour a glass of wine and finally finish that James Patterson book.

Charming Union Street Historic District Studio

***Before booking please note, through June 2025 the main house will have a kitchen remodel and there will be loud noises M-Sa from about 830-4. Only book if you will be here to sleep or will not be bothered by potential noise. *** Enjoy a stay at this efficient studio inside a historic Union Street home. The studio is attached to the house but has its own dedicated entrance, porch, wifi, full kitchen (fully stocked), minor appliances, full bath with tub and queen bed.

The Shed at Lake Norman

Private WATERFRONT loft above garage with stunning main channel Lake Norman view. Beautiful, safe neighborhood for walking or biking. Enjoy the water while still near shopping and tons of restaurants. NO THIRD PARTY BOOKINGS ON BEHALF OF OTHER GUESTS WILL BE APPROVED. We are unable to accommodate guests’ boats, jet skis or trailers. ONLY ONE VEHICLE IS INCLUDED DUE TO PARKING LIMITATIONS. A $100 FEE WILL BE ADDED FOR EACH ADDITIONAL VEHICLE.

The Lawson Suite (private, with separate entry)

The Lawson Home is close to Lake Norman, and is perfect summer or Fall getaway. Lake Norman has so much to offer! Boating, and jet ski rentals are near by , or just enjoy exploring the quaint town of Mooresville, which offers shopping, restaurants. lake Norman State Park for hiking and Biking. Daveste Vineyard, Raffaldini Vineyard, Lazy Five Ranch, and so much more!

The Lodge at 7 Oaks

The Lodge at 7 Oaks is a private studio that is a part of our detached garage. The room offers a full kitchen, a queen size bed, a fenced in yard with an outdoor seating area with firepit. The private 6 acre property is secluded in an established neighborhood just 5 miles west of downtown Salisbury. Plenty of parking space for vehicle with trailers and RVs.
