Secluded beach-side accommodation set within the sand dunes of Sea Palling’s Blue Flag beach! We are a few miles from the famous Horsey seal colony (spectacular in winter with 100s of seals) & Norfolk Broads including Hickling Broad, a favourite for wildlife lovers. The studio has private entrance, en-suite bathroom, basic kitchenette and courtyard garden with outdoor cooking station and barbecue. It’s an extension of a family home but the private entrance means you can come and go as you please

Merlyn Cottage is a 200 year old, picture postcard, 2 bedroom cottage set in the heart of the village Hickling, within the Norfolk Broads. Families welcome. No pets. Parking at the front of the house. 2 minute walk to the Greyhound pub, 10 minute walk through the village to the Pleasure Boat Inn on Hickling Broad. Here you can hire day boats, rowing boats, kayaks and paddle boards. Ideal for bird watchers, walkers, cyclists and nature lovers. 3.4 miles from the beach, popular with seal watchers.

Part of a picturesque barn and stable complex with bedroom/living room, en-suite, lobby, kitchenette and direct access to pretty shared courtyard garden with exotic plants and water feature. Set in the heart of the Broads National Park, two minute walk from Womack Water and river and five minutes to Ludham village pub and shop. Scenic river and marsh walks, nature trails, beaches, riverside pubs, boat hire all close by. Seal pups at Horsey a special off- season attraction December to February.

Brindle Studio

You will love this self contained studio which is sunny in summer yet cosy in winter. Brindle studio has two private outside seating areas. One sunny courtyard garden and one cosy undercover area. Brindle studio has its own private entrance .The studio is attached to our home ( So some noise at times maybe heard ) although the adjoining door is locked giving you a private area. We have designed brindle studio to give you a feeling of security to enable you to have a relaxing time in Norfolk.

Garden Cottage sleeps two people, and has been lovingly renovated and finished into a self contained, private and beautifully presented private cottage nestled in the garden of Emily and Aaron’s home. Located in a residential area of the Georgian town of North Walsham, the cottage is ideally situated for accessing the vibrant city of Norwich, the beauty of the Norfolk Broads and the breathtaking North Norfolk coast line. Only a 3 minute walk to the train station, and good amenities close by.

My place is close to The Broads with a Nature Reserve nearby. We are on the Weavers Way long distance path and Norwich is only 30 mins away, and North Norfolk only 40 mins. The nearby coastline (15 mins) has unspoiled beaches and in winter Grey Seals have their pups. You’ll love my place because of The peaceful location, countryside, wonderful wildlife and dark starlit skies. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families (with kids), and furry friends (pets).

TAIL END: Bijoux Broads & Beach Base! Now with TV!

Tail End is a pretty, topsy turvy, end of terrace cottage which sleeps four, in Stalham, a key village in the Broads National Park. It has been newly decorated and appointed throughout in 2021. It has a parking space and a little cottage garden. Its close to many beaches, right next to the Broads, and it's an ideal place to bike - flat and picturesque at the same time. It now has TV. It is pet friendly, too - your dog, cat, even your parrot, are welcome! Ask for details.

Barn by the Broads

Set in the heart of the Norfolk Broads, Quince Cottage is a perfect retreat for nature lovers and family groups alike. Surrounded by open countryside, the converted barn has open beams, exposed brickwork and log burning stove. It is fully equipped with all modern amenities including a newly fitted kitchen. The living/dining room has French doors that open out onto a private enclosed garden with patio and summer house with bar and bbq. There is parking for 2 cars.

Situated in the heart of the picturesque village of Ludham, Vale Cottage offers the perfect base for exploring the Norfolk Broads, stunning local sandy beaches (many of which are year-round dog-friendly), the city of Norwich and Great Yarmouth along with the renowned Gorleston Beach. Recently renovated and presented to a high standard you'll find everything you need has been catered for in this deceptively spacious and very comfortable accommodation.

Poppy Gig House

A countryside retreat, Poppy Gig House was fully renovated in 2016 to the highest standards while still retaining lots of original charm and character. Set in Meeting Hill a Hamlet of the historical village of Worstead. Located just a short drive to the North Norfolk coast and Norfolk Broads. It is in an excellent position for walking or cycling with direct access to a network of footpaths and the popular long distance footpath of Weavers Way.

The boat shed is a cosy studio, situated just a minutes stroll from Barton Broad, there is a super king bed that can be adapted to form 2 singles, please request which you prefer when booking, a kitchen area with double oven, hob, fridge washing machine, and microwave, the bathroom has a shower, basin and toilet. There is a table and 2 chairs and a sofa. A large garden, with table and chairs and a bench, also a table tennis table.
