Nothin' Fancy Guesthouse (20 mins to Chatt)

Welcome to Nothin' Fancy! If you are looking for a basic place to rest, this is an option. Think about this place as one step up from camping. It is behind our main house. We have a full bed, kitchen, and bathroom in a 400-foot space. We’re about 20 minutes away from Chatt. We are animal friendly for a small pet fee. We also have dogs/cats; you may hear them outside. The house has no internet or tv, but we do have cell service. AC window unit only. Only book if old and basic works for you.

Our farm is 31 acres near the Chickamauga Battlefield. Horse country within spitting distance of downtown Chattanooga. Escape to a quieter life for however long you can manage it. Gaze at the horses, chant with the cows, let the frogs sing you to sleep. Walk our trails, relax by the pond. Unforgettable.

$100 fee for pets. no swimming or motorized boats in the lake. Wake up to amazing sunrises over the lake. sip on your morning beverage either on the back deck or on the covered dock. fish right from your dock without a license! everything from the studs out is brand new as of November 2023. located only 30 minutes from most Chattanooga attractions this peaceful cabin located on a dead end street is the perfect getaway! We have six other houses within walking distance.

Little House on the Farm

Make some memories at this unique and family-friendly place. Come enjoy this interactive and engaging experience of life on the farm including the sights, sounds, and smells of farm life. This little farmhouse is nestled on the back of the property and offers a cozy and warm environment with many wonderful amenities. While at the farm, you can pet and feed the variety of farm animals, play in the mud puddle, enjoy some great farm games and catch a glimpse of nature.

Ringgold Retreat

Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place. You will be just a couple of minutes from the interstate (75). 20 minutes from downtown Chattanooga and 20 minutes from Dalton, Georgia. You are one mile from a grocery store, and several fast food restaurants. You are just a 10 minute drive to Fort Oglethorpe, Georgia which has Walmart and many places to eat and shop. We invite you to relax in our cozy space nestled in the woods. Tucked in the trees, you’ll feel as though you were staying in a treehouse. Although close to many conveniences, this space is the perfect get away. Please note that this is a one bedroom listing. Cheerful 4-bedroom farmhouse

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway located on a 90 acre farm. While home does not have access to the farm your surrounding views are of the farm fence, pasture & horses. You have access to a large yard with swing. If you would like access to the farm or horse stables we do have horse stables for those traveling at extra cost.
