Welcome to Llyr House on the shores of Lake Macquarie. Tucked between Swansea and Caves Beach, this 5 bedroom home has room for everyone. Sleeping 12, with 2 living areas, 2 bathrooms including a bath, indoor and outdoor dining, BBQ, fire pit, pool, backyard, trampoline, under cover parking, and multimedia room. Launch the kayak into the lake across the road or drive 2 minutes to stunning Caves and Hams Beaches. Plenty of shops, dining options, and amenities nearby. We hope you love it!
