The guest suite is located on the lower level of our tri-level home, with a private driveway, patio, and entrance. The queen bed and pull-out sofa sleep 4 guests comfortably. It is within 15 minutes of downtown, which is home to USC and the Colonial Life Arena. It is 10 minutes from Lake Murray, Riverbanks Zoo, shopping, movies, and great dining experiences. This suite is spacious and cozy. It's great for business travelers, traveling nurses, and small groups looking to enjoy local events.

Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located place in the heart of The Vista. Our spacious efficiency apartment was completely renovated this past spring and includes all-new furnishings.
