New secluded beach front property with 4 ensuite studio queen rooms on the northwest side of Caye Caulker. Just 1 mile north of The Split by foot or bike, or a 5-10 min boat ride if you prefer to arrange direct transportation to the property! Kayaks, paddle boards, bikes & hammocks provided, plus an open-air shared palapa kitchen with bbq for grilling up your catch of the day!

Unwind at a peaceful oasis. The Hut is located on a large beachfront property with a sun deck on the ocean, a large pool with a sun deck, and has an elevated deck for views. The stand alone cottage is set back from the water in a private fenced property with only a couple of other units. It has a private bedroom with a queen bed and a double futon in the living area. It has a cozy living area/kitchen with all the basics. Nice cold ac and toasty hot water shower. 12.5% tax collected on arrival.

The Pool House apartment is nestled in the courtyard with views overlooking the beautiful and peaceful gardens and the cool inviting pool. It is the only rental on the property in a very private and quiet neighborhood - only minutes (5) ride to town. There is a restaurant right across the way for breakfast and dinner and another restaurant close by. The property is on island electricity, but also has on-grid solar power and electric generator. All Airbnb guests must be 25 years or older.

A peaceful tiny home made for just 2. My home is located on the south end of the island and there is a supermarket right across from the home which is perfect to buy your drinks and food. There are a few restaurants within a 15-minute walk from the home. The home is about a 15 to 20 minute walk to the center or I can arrange for taxi to take you there. It is a 1.5 mile walk so do be prepared to walk. It is safe to walk. I built this for when I want to get away from Belize City so enjoy!

This rental is not oceanfront, but only steps from the water. Local taxes are included in the nightly rate.

To the left is the spacious bathroom and next door is another generously proportioned master bedroom.
