Vintage Designer Flat with Modern Touches

This cozy, updated two bedroom apartment mixes midcentury modern and vintage furniture with an organic, upstate NY vibe. The stylish first floor apartment of a classic Ithaca home, nestled into the highly walkable Fall Creek neighborhood. Just a few short blocks from Ithaca Falls, with easy access to Cornell, Ithaca College, and downtown. We took inspiration from boutique hotels when designing this space, with recently renovated bathroom and kitchen, new appliances, smart TV and luxury linens.

You'll enjoy the vibrancy of downtown living while coming home to a charming abode.

Hayt's Chapel

Hayts Chapel, on a beautiful and private half acre has a large open space with hardwood floors, high ceilings, partitioned bedroom, full bathroom, and kitchen. Large old windows with wavy glass let in tons of light, but insulated attic keeps it cool. Outdoors has an eating area, stone fire pit, and plenty of parking. Close to downtown, gorges, wineries and u-pick farms, this quiet setting with relaxing ambiance is a wonderful space for a home-base while visiting Ithaca and the Fingerlakes!

Ithaca Bungalow/Tiny Home, Quiet Escape in City

Unique, cute, bungalow in quiet spot. Walk to Commons, restaurants, shops, entertainment. Near Ithaca College (.8 miles) and Cornell (1.1). Includes livingroom, bedroom, bathroom, kitchen (full stove, refrigerator, microwave), sunroom, clothes washer/dryer. Queen bed, dresser, closet. Deck and patio in the back. Recreation trail (20 miles of paths, creek and falls), entrance from our street. Bus stop on corner. Driveway in front of bungalow is yours! No through traffic, peaceful.

The Hive in Safe, Sweet Northeast Ithaca

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located gem. Safe location in Northeast Ithaca, 1 mile from Ithaca airport, grocery stores, restaurants, Sapsucker Woods walking trails and the Lab of Ornithology as well as the beautiful Cornell University Campus. 1.8 miles to Cornell Animal Hospital. A Short 5 min drive to downtown Ithaca, steps away to catch the Ithaca bus route through Cornell campus. Visit Ithaca’s local attractions, Cayuga lake wine trails , Ithaca is Gorges!

Magical lakefront treehouse, minutes to downtown

A magical treehouse perched over its own gorge on Cayuga Lake. This place is special! There’s a giant porch wrapped around a 300-year oak tree and a lakeside tea house that can serve as an extra bedroom. There’s a dock, fire pit, room for yard games by the water, plenty of outdoor seating on the porch, by the lake, or on the dock. All of this is minutes from downtown Ithaca, Cornell, and Taughannock Falls state park. It’s also a great base to explore the Finger Lakes wine region.

If you're looking for a prime location, you've found it. This modernly designed home is situated​​ right across from the picturesque Cascadilla Gorge Trail and only 0.4 miles away from restaurants and shops on The Commons. Also, just down the hill from Cornell. As soon as you step inside, you'll notice the clean and modernly furnishings that make up the upstairs unit of our historic 1890s Italianate duplex. Private apartment with full kitchen (dog friendly)

This apartment is located in the basement of a family home. It is a self-contained private unit with a separate entrance, full kitchen, bathroom with shower and washer/dryer and a living space. The property is fenced and has a pool for use in the summer and a pond with fish to feed. Friendly dogs are welcome (the owners have a friendly beagle-basset who loves to meet other dogs). Please note that we have ducks who free range in the yard.

The Rhodie House

The Rhodie House is located on the West shore of Cayuga Lake. It is close to Ithaca, wineries and parks. Cornell University can be seen from the dock. The lake frontage includes 80 ft. of gravel beach as well as a wooden dock. The cottage has a wrap around deck with great lake views. There are over 20 rhododendron bushes on the property. A smart TV allows streaming your favorite shows.
