Close to down hill and cross country skiing, The links walking trails, winery, brewery , distiller. Colleges include Cazenovia, Morrisville, and Colgate, and only 25 miles to Syracuse University. PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING: This is a private, open-concept STUDIO APARTMENT—not an entire house. Maximum occupancy is 5 people, including children and infants. One queen bed and up to three rollaway cots are available. We cannot accommodate more than 5 guests. If 2 persons need separate beds, an extra fee of $50 will be added for the use of a rollaway cot. The property is bordered by a ravine on one side and a NYS walking trail that follows an old rail line on the other. The historic Village of Cazenovia is 4 miles away.
