Beautiful condo in St. George! 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Sleeps up to 10 guests. Balcony overlooks the hot tub and pool, as well as basketball and pickle ball courts. Basketball, pickleball paddles and balls, and boardgames are available at the condo for your use. We love being on the 3rd floor for the view and because we can easily store our bikes on the balcony. There are amazing biking trails all over, with access to the Bearclaw Poppy trail (our personal favorite) right across the street!

Less than 10 minutes from Cedar Breaks National Monument and just over an hour from Bryce National Park. We are located on the second floor with stairs only. This is a central Cedar City location close to I-15, downtown & trails. Brian head, Zions and Saint George are all 40 minutes away. This is a new build and has never had a permanent resident and has all new furnishings and quality finishes. You will be pleased with the cleanliness of this property. The Southview trail is only about 100 yards from the front door and is paved for bicycles, running or walking and the C Trailhead is also only about 200 yards from the unit it is dirt.

Unit includes a fire place, deck, grill and a fully equipped kitchen. There is a shuttle pick up just steps away from the deck.
